Juneau County Criminal and Civil Records

The Sheriff’s Office makes Juneau County criminal records available to members of the public by fax at (608) 847-9401, mail, and in person. The Record staff processes requests within 10 business days. Requests for criminal records, such as Juneau County arrest records, jail records, or inmate information, attract a fee. Black and white copies of records cost $0.4 per page while colored copies cost $0.8 per page. Mail customers must send a completed Request for Records Form and the appropriate fees.

The Juneau County Circuit Court has original jurisdiction in all civil matters. Juneau County Marriage Records
