Marathon County Superior Court Case Search

Marathon County does not have a Superior Court. The Circuit Court is the only place where individuals can find court records at the county level. The public may view all nonconfidential court records in person at the Clerk of Court’s office or certain portions online via the Wisconsin Circuit Court Access portal.

Marathon County District Court Records
